Hasbro chairman exercises share options

More than 90,000 shares sold between $28.25 and $28.94 a piece.

Alan G Hassenfeld, the chairman of Hasbro, has exercised his options for common stock shares, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing in the US.

Hassenfeld filed a Form 4 with the SEC detailing the exercised options for the shares on Monday for $11.59 to $13.91 apiece. He then sold 90,900 shares at $28.25 to $28.94.

Transactions such as this must be reported within two business days.
