HaPe acquires Odyssey Toys

HaPe International acquires US manufacturer of World Stars figures and Scapes play sets.

Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed as yet.

Odyssey Toys founder, Andrew Klein, will take on the role of sales manager for the firm’s product lines in the US market. He will also be responsible for product development.

Maggie Qiu, general manager of HaPe North America said: “We are glad to add Odyssey Toys to our collection of HaPe brands. We value their brand and presence in the gift and museum markets and plan to expand distribution to our toy retailers.”
