The firm is using the landmark to communicate one of its major brand assets - its heritage. Celebrations will include: New products highlighting the Gibsons history over 90 years; a re-launch of much-loved games from its back catalogue; prize giveaways for customers and consumers plus an end of year 90th anniversary party with employees and customers at Spring Fair 2010.
Originally a manufacturer of cards, the company has produced hit games including Dover Patrol, L’Attaque, Escape from Colditz and family favourite Pass The Bomb.
Managing director, Michael Gibson commented: "We are proud to be a successful, family run business after all these years. Our company and range has changed over time but not everything has! We still strive to offer quality products and excellent service and are very proud of our team and agents who help us to maintain this.
"We are working on a number of exciting new products for 2010 and look forward to launching them at Spring Fair next year, as well as having a celebratory drink with some of our customers to toast the 90 years," added Kate Armitage, director.
