Caroline Weaver (pictured left) joins as marketing manager with over eight years’ experience of building and developing brands. Her most recent stint was brand manager for Me to You, Tatty Teddy at Carte Blanche. Weaver has an in depth knowledge of the industry, managing brands across multiple categories including greetings, gifts and toy.
In her new role at Gemma, Weaver will be focusing on developing the marketing strategy for the portfolio of characters on licensed greetings, gift packaging, party-ware, gift and stationery

Sarah McNicholl joins the company as customer projects manager from UK Greetings where she worked for over 11 years on customer operations and brokerage partnerships. She will be looking at customer service, sales support, category management and brokerage to ensure Gemma continues to provide customers with the highest level and quality of service.
McNicholl commented: "I am extremely happy to have joined such a dynamic, progressive and people focused business, and cannot wait to play a part in Gemma’s continued success. This is such an exciting time for Gemma and I am really looking forward to the forthcoming challenges."
