The date for the inaugural FunFest Blogger Summit has been pushed back from April 25th to Saturday, September 12th.

The move is due to clashes with other blogger events and to take advantage of the pre-Christmas selling period.

The FunFest Blogger Summit is day of conference sessions and masterclasses, networking and brand ambassador opportunities aimed at bloggers looking to growing their business and create new business contacts.

Tickets are priced at £39.

“It was a tough decision to move the date of FunFest,” said Kirsty Barr, MD of miPR, the company behind FunFest.

“We announced the Summit late last year, but unfortunately two other events have clashed with FunFest. We’re the new kids on the block, so it seemed appropriate for us to move FunFest to later in the year.

“However, to a great extent, the new later date will prove more beneficial for us and our partners. September signals the start of the Christmas season, particularly as far as the media is concerned. Now our exhibitors will have the opportunity to present their festive lines – and work to sign up new brand ambassadors for that important time of the year.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the interest we’ve had for FunFest – from both the blogger community and brands looking to work closer with that media sector. The new date will mean we are able to offer an even bigger event for all involved.”

All the FunFest speakers and exhibitors have committed to the new date and any delegates who bought a ticket and are unable to attend on September 12th will be provided with a full refund.
