Fun Day becomes Big Kids Bike Ride

Due to a clashing of the BTHA Fun Day and the World Cup final it has been decided by the Toy Trust Committee to replace the annual Fun Day with a ‘Big Kids Bike Ride’ this year.

The bike ride will start on Saturday 2nd September at John O Groats and will finish at Lands End on Friday 8th September. The journey has been split into ten sections and divided up between members of the Toy Trust Committee to cycle 1,000 miles over seven days.

Bike Ride heads for home straight

Teams of riders from Flair, PR firm Norton & Co, Treasure Trove and Leapfrog are on the road for the Big Kids Bike Ride today, taking the ride as far as Churchill near Bristol in readiness for the final leg tomorrow.
