Fox and NECA reveal second wave of The Simpsons Greatest Guest Stars figures

NECA and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products has revealed the big names to made it into the second wave of The Simpsons '25 of the Greatest Celebrity Guest Stars' figure range.

The new line-up includes The Who, Britney Spears, Mark Hamill, Lucy Lawless and Tony Hawk.

These join the first wave of figures, which included Hugh Hefner, James Brown, Yao Ming, Tom Hanks and Kid Rock.

As well as figures, the limited-edition '25 of the Greatest Celebrity Guest Stars collection also spans collectibles, apparel and novelty items.

The Guest Stars programme launched in early 2014, with product roll-outs continuing throughout the year.

New products will be be introduced every two to three months, featuring different groups of guest stars.

“We’re delighted to have The Simpsons figures amongst our NECA/Wizkids offering," said Ben Hogg from UK distributor Esdevium Games.

"The Simpsons is a timeless property with plenty of activity going on for its 25th Anniversary this year. These figures look brilliant and have a real collector’s item feel to them.”

Limited quantities of the figures can be found at select retailers worldwide.
