In a press statement today, Flair said that both parties have withdrawn from further discussions.

Peter Brown, CEO of Flair said: "Although these discussions have naturally been a real distraction from the day to day business of Flair, nevertheless the company is enjoying an excellent year with sales over 30 per cent ahead compared with last year. The prospects for 2007 are equally exciting with the launch of a significant number of new products which will allow us to build further on 2006 record sales".
