The collectable wrist band has proven popular in the US already, with millions of packs distributed and demand still high.

Factory Entertainment will introduce bands over the late summer and early autumn with licences from Star Wars, Scooby Doo, Loony Tunes, Skelanimals, So So Happy, Tweety and Bella Sara.

The firm hopes to add further licences for the range in the very near future.

Factory Entertainment CEO, Darren Epstein said: “Our goal at Factory Entertainment is bring outstanding collectable product to market and the collect-a-band brand will sit comfortably alongside our existing portfolio.

"It will allow kids to collect and trade their favourite character bands.”
