Esdevium to roll out Take Me Out game

Firm to distribute Rocket Games? board game version of the popular ITV dating show from Q4.
Publish date:

Rocket Games acquired the licence earlier this year and has since developed it into an adult and family board game.

The game includes an electronic unit which features real sounds from the show, including the show’s host, Paddy McGuinness's iconic catchphrases and the "poom-poom" sound of the girls' lights being turned off.

Players take it in turns to assume the role of the single man and then set about finding their perfect match by performing a series of tasks to win.

The launch of the game will be aided by the return of the TV show, which will also hit screens for its third series, towards the end of 2011.

Rocket's Graham Thornton commented: "This is one game everyone is sure to leave their light on for."

Take Me Out will launch in Quarter 4 and is aimed at players aged 12 and over. The game will be exclusively available from Esdevium Games.

Game on
