Esdevium Games is bringing Kickstarer success story Arcadia Quest to the UK.

The firm will be distributing the adventure board game, which managed to raise $70,000 in under an hour on Kickstarter, to the UK later this year.

“We’re excited to supply Arcadia Quest to the UK toy and hobby trade," Esdevium Games' marketing manager Ben Hogg told ToyNews.

"It follows the same style of Cool Mini or Not games we have previously seen in titles such as Super Dungeon Explore and Zombicide.

"The game has certainly had some substantial early backing which can only be a good thing ahead of the UK launch.”

Arcadia Quest is likely to be stocked in games stores and hobby shops.

Esdevium Games has enjoyed success with Cool Mini or Not in the past, and despite its niche appeal, Cool Mini or Not's Zombicide game sold just over 6,000 units in the UK and Europe through Esdevium.

Arcadia Quest is expected to arrive in the UK summer 2014.
