Esdevium launches Chaotic

Esdevium has teamed up with Toys R Us to launch its new trading card game, Chaotic.

Chaotic is now available exclusively in the retail market through Toys R Us until January 2009.

Chaotic brings together traditional face-to-face game play, free online action in the ChaoticGame.com Battledromes, and a TV series.

Every Chaotic Trading Card features a unique code, allowing the player to play the game conventionally and to also upload the card to his virtual deck and, through the free www.ChaoticGame Website, battle against players from anywhere around the world.

4Kids and TC Digital Games recently announced the one millionth registered user on the ChaoticGame Website.

In the US, the Chaotic TV series is a consistent ratings performer on The CW, FOX, and Toon Disney (Jetix) networks, airing as many as 13 times per week. In Canada, the show is ranked in the Top Ten with Boys 6-14 on Teletoon.

“Chaotic is bringing a massive opportunity for Toys“R”Us to retail this new and unique online and trading card game and we will be supporting the launch at stores right through the Christmas period.”

The Chaotic Trading Card Game will launch with the Dawn of Perim nonrandomized starter decks (two styles; RRP £9.99) and randomized booster packs (RRP £2.99). Additional sets will follow starting in early 2009.
