Dracco is a well established toy manufacturer, which specialises in manufacturing innovative pocket money products with competitive prices. The firm currently works with some of the best known toy distributors throughout Europe and beyond.

Paul Jackson, managing director of The In Thing commented: "These are exciting times for the company and myself and we are looking forward to this new strategic partnership.

"Dracco’s phenomenal strength in manufacturing innovative, competitively priced pocket money toys suits perfectly not only the current economic climate but also our current business model.

"Dracco’s acquisition will result in a far greater range of pocket money products as well as an increased TV/marketing spend plus investment to increase our senior sales team."

The current team at The In Thing will remain in its Lancashire location, while the existing warehouse facilities will more than double to facilitate an increase in ranges.

Lyndsey Sample retains her position as sales director although a new FOB/senior national accounts position is being created to specifically handle selected toy lines from Dracco. For more details on the job opportunity, click here.

Sample commented: "This new partnership really will further increase our capability to introduce innovative pocket money products to the UK market, backed by substantial TV/marketing campaigns and will benefit all of our customers, from our smallest independents, right through to our largest FOB accounts."
