It's customer manners that have really got to the man on the High Street this month...

I guess I'm getting old and that it's too much to ask that people's manners be the same as those I grew up with, but the attitude of people is definitely getting worse.

I always have a pop at the French for being rude, arrogant and bad mannered, but at least they do it with style and charm and a trademark shrug of their shoulders to your protests.

So, another round of shows over, and didn't they seem quiet? Toy Fair seemed quieter than last year, which is bad news when you consider it was not spread across two halls.
