This new recruit will be responsible for the sales development and marketing of consumer product lines across all Discovery Communications LLC (DCL) brands and properties.
Managing the Southern Europe region (France, Italy, Spain & Portugal) this role will focus primarily on developing and managing home video, publishing, interactive, licensing and licensed promotions partnerships, driving on-going sales and marketing efforts with the aim of hitting revenue targets and increasing brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven licensing experience in consumer products sales and marketing, preferably in home video, publishing or branded merchandise in the designated territories.
The company is looking for someone with strong business development and relationship management skills. Candidates will need to have experience of working to and hitting revenue targets.
Fluency in written and spoken English and fluency in spoken French or Italian is essential. The role has a flexible location in London, Milan or Paris.
