Corgi has created a limited edition die-cast model Mini to commemorate the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first child, Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge.

The toy car will carry the baby’s name and pupils at Kate’s former school, St Andrew’s of Pangbourne were asked to design a logo to feature on the finished model.

Seven year old James Maloney’s union flag themed pram design was chosen as the winning entry and will grace the car when it becomes available in September.

There are only 5000 pieces available, each with an RRP of £9.99.
