Chinese numbers dip at Nuremberg

The number of Chinese exhibitors attending Nuremberg has fallen after Chinese Government revokes a number of export licenses.

Ernst Kick, the fair's CEO said: We have had a slight fall in Chinese registrations. We have a waiting list with quite a few exhibitors on it."

Kick has also defended complaints made against the fairs' stand rentalss, which have increased from €117 to €123 per square metre.

He said the rates were below the average of €155 for international trade fairs in Germany and well below those abroad.
