The Chicago Toy and Game Fair has announced its line-up of events and forums.

The show takes place from November 17th and 18th at the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center with 20,000 visitors expected.

Inventor Forum speakers include Mike Hirtle, Global Head of Product Acquisition at Hasbro; Dave Okada, Vice President Inventor Relations at Mattel; Jeffrey Breslow, Co-Founder of BMT; Richard Gottlieb, Author, Columnist and Consultant; Howard Jay Fleischer, President of RoyaltyPros; Arne Lauwers, President of Lauwer’s Games Belgium and moderated by Tim Walsh, Play Entrepreneur.

The Education Forum is a state sanctioned CPDU event for teachers to receive teaching credits. Presenters include Learning Resources, Educational Insights, HL Games, National Lewis University and High Content Games.

Reaching the Latino Market speakers include Univision, Phoenix Multicultural and Carina, Latino Radio and TV personality and author of Carina’s Annual Ten Best Toys and Games.

Retailer Roundup includes Brandi Field, Buyer from Calendar Club, Go! The Game Store, Gordon B Lugauer, Board Game Barrister and Bob Circosta, The Billion Dollar Man.

Ask the Expert Consults include Richard Gottlieb, Tracy Dudkiewicz, President of TAP Marketing, Peggy Brown, Consultant, Bob deGrace, President of FRV Group and Matt Nuccio, Partner at Design Edge Inc.

In addition to the exhibits, events include a Star Wars Breakfast, Geography Bee sponsored by American Express Travel, A Young Inventor Forum and Challenge for Girl and Boy Scouts and A Night at Essen with the new releases from the Essen Game Fair.
