Character Options has announced a licence with Turner CN Enterprises to make construction toys based on the hit boys series Ben 10.

The first products to launch will be a collection of eight foil bag micro-figures and two play-sets - Kevin’s Car and a larger 430-brick Azmuth’s Laboratory set.

The micro figures have five to six separate components which are all interchangeable, so kids can build their own armies of custom aliens.

Character will back the range with a fully integrated launch plan featuring TV advertising and high impact PR, coinciding with the start of the new Ben 10: Omniverse series.

Speaking of the launch, Mark Hunt, Character Options’ brand manager commented: “We are delighted to be adding Ben 10 to the line-up, in doing so, kids will now have the choice of a construction toy that has all the excitement and appeal of Ben 10, a hugely successful and established licence.”

Graham Saltmarsh, UK licensing director, Turner CN Enterprises said: “With the upcoming launch of Ben 10: Omniverse, this is an exciting time to strike and renew licensing deals for the franchise. We are delighted to team up with Character Options on this exciting new construction range which will give Ben 10 fans a great new way to engage and play with their favourite action-adventure hero.”
