Cashpoint king boosts Halsall

Firm appoints two new members to its Board as it looks to further its industry presence.

Halsall has appointed Mark Mills (pictured), the founder of cashpoint machine business, Cardpoint, as its non-executive chairman.

John Hutt, MD, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Mark Mills to the Halsall Board of Directors. As non executive chairman, the company will benefit not only from Mark’s accomplished commercial experience but also from his broad strategic views.

“I am 100 per cent confident that Mark’s appointment will contribute tremendously in achieving the company’s strategic objectives and will help to further bolster Halsall’s position within the toy industry for continued future success”.

At the same time, Mark Walls has been appointed sales director and will also join the firm’s board. Walls has been apart of the toy industry for the past 16 years.
