Carte Blanche wins gold at POPAI awards

Another Point of Purchase Advertising International award goes to the My Blue Nose Friends firm.

Carte Blanche has been recognised for its excellence in the retail point-of-purchase arena with a win at the Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI) awards.

The company won Gold in the sports, toys and accessories category for its My Blue Nose Friends dolls’ house FSDU.

It’s Carte Blance’s sixth POPAI award in the past four years.

Julia Andrews, spokesperson for the Carte Blanche Trade Marketing team, said: “POPAI recognises the hard work, energy and creativity that help to make a shopping experience so engaging. Certainly the brief for this design encompassed all those elements - we needed to engage our target audience of four to eight year olds, which we certainly achieved.”

She added: “I couldn’t be more proud to win this award, as there is so much hard work that goes into the design of POS, both in terms of artwork and structure. I would like to personally thank Nick Slater and Tom Barnfield for their contribution with the artwork and design.”

The awards took place at the London’s Hilton Park Lane Hotel on October 23rd.
