Carole Burgess, who covers the North West area, received her award yesterday at the John Crane stand.

The award is given to the agent who has most exceeded their sales target during the year, and follows a long tradition in the company, which was founded by John Crane and Anthony King, former agents themselves.

Sales and marketing director King said: "Thanks go to all our agents who have worked tirelessly to help the company grow, despite another tough year. We are thrilled with Carole's impressive sales record and congratulate her on this success."
