Boyers steps up at Bandai

Long serving sales director, Julian Boyers has been promoted to Managing Director of Bandai UK with immediate effect, replacing Shusuke Takahara.

Boyers has held the role of sales director at Bandai for the last 12 years and brings some 30 years experience in the toy industry to the position. His new role will be to continue the company’s expansion into new licensed characters and businesses.

The move follows the recent Bandai Namco merger and a reorganisation of senior personnel within the group. Mr. Takahara has been named President of Namco Bandai Games Europe.
