BLE 2010: Gifts deal for HarperCollins

Collins Geo brand to get the board games treatment

Publisher HarperCollins has secured an agreement with Green Board Games as part of an ongoing expansion of the Collins Geo brand.

The firm is expected to use the license in a series of board and card games.

“These licensees have been selected for their design expertise, which coupled with HarperCollins’ market-leading map content, should ensure all product ranges are an on-shelf hit,” said HarperCollins head of licensing Melanie Beer.

She also pointed out that the deal was part of a series of new licensing arrangements that mark a first for the brand.
