US toy firm Beyond Wonder has launched a range of transforming plush animals called Pop Out Pets.

Designed to teach children about the protection of wildlife, the toys transform from one animal into another with a quick flip.

The Farm Life Protectors plush transforms into a pig, hen, cow or horse while the Wild Life Rescuers toy boasts a bear, leopard, giraffe and gorilla.

Elsewhere, kids can turn the Sea Life Savers plush into a turtle, dolphin or walrus and the Jungle Life Defenders toy sees a frog turn into a parrot, which then turns into a monkey.

The range also encompasses eBooks, and the company aims to 'engage, entertain and educate youth about our interconnectedness and actions that lead to species extinction'.

The Sea Life Savers and Jungle Life Defenders are available now while the first eBook is currently in development and is set to launch this autumn.

All other Pop Out Pets lines will be available at www.PopOutPets.com from December 1st.
