The range includes four six-inch “huggable” horses packaged in a gift box with a pack of Bella Sara Ancient Lights trading cards and an activation certificate.

The certificate enables children to unlock and care for their animal on the brand’s website. It also allows children to make their virtual horse dance, rear up on its hind legs, bow its head and shake its tail.

Peter Adkison, CEO of Hidden City Games said: “Bella Sara has really struck a chord with girls everywhere and continues to grow, so we are excited to once again expand the Bella Sara universe and offer another way for girls to play with their favourite horses.”

The soft toys became available at the beginning of the month and retail at $12.99.

It is not yet known if the range will be available in the UK.
