Construction toy company BanBao has teamed up with Gulliver's Theme Parks to add new BanBao attractions to each of its three UK sites - including a shop.

BanBao Street will open at Gulliver's Matlock Bath and will include a dedicated BanBao playzone with models, photo points, challenge zones, puzzles and games.

It will also feature a BanBao Cafe and a BanBao shop selling the brand's latest products. The attraction is scheduled to open this autumn.

Further attractions at Gulliver's Warrington and Milton Keynes will be unveiled shortly after the launch.

To celebrate the partnership, a new mascot has been unveiled for the theme park: Gully Mouse (pictured), made entirely from BanBao blocks.

Julie Dalton, managing director at Gulliver's, said: "Gulliver’s celebrates 35 years of family fun this year and prides itself on value for money family experiences.

"We are looking forward to working with another brand which offers great quality and is affordable and fun. The BanBao attractions will add even more value to the Gulliver’s experience as well as helping to launch a great new product to the UK market.

“Once BanBao Streets have officially opened to the public, we aim to develop the project further with the introduction of BanBao birthday parties, school group activities and education packs and will hopefully also be adding some exciting BanBao special events to Gulliver’s calendar too.”

Jonathan Wynbourne of BanBao UK said: "We are absolutely delighted to team up with Gulliver's and it is a great endorsement for the BanBao brand which only officially launched into the UK market earlier this year.

"Our construction toys offer the highest quality building bricks at incredibly affordable prices and BanBao Streets at Gulliver's theme parks means that children can experience our products first hand in an exciting and enjoyable environment."
