Educational plush toy Babogbaby appeared on the Saturday March 24th Jonathan Ross Show - alongside guests Danny DeVito, Simon Cowel, David Walliams and Dara O’Briain.

Ross loves including toys in his opener and used Babogbaby – which teaches numbers, colours and shapes in Irish – to tease comedian Dara O’Briain.

“It’s exactly what the market has been waiting for,” said Ross, before pressing the teddy's buttons and attempting to pronounce some Irish.

Unimpressed by Wossy’s efforts, O’Briain said: “You’re currently being outwitted and out talked by a stuffed toy.”

Babogbaby is created by Adrian Devane from Moycullen Co in Galway, Ireland.

Noreen D’Arcy, marketing and PR for Babogbaby, said: “This is a huge step forward for the Irish speaking teddy bear and brings the Irish language to an amazing audience following a very successful Seachtain na Gaeilge.”
