Amscan International, designer, manufacturer and distributor of decorated party products balloons, fancy dress and face paint, has opened its new showroom facility in Milton Keynes.

Located close to junction 13 of the M1 and at 500 square metres, it is Europe’s largest party dedicated showroom and allows Amscan to showcase over 10,000 products.

“The showroom enables us to communicate to our customers in a way that compliments our traditional methods of trade shows, advertising and trade website," said Jennifer Wilson, retail merchandising manager and showroom controller, Amscan International.

"We’ve merchandised everything as a retail statement which, through our own experience, massively increases basket spend to the end consumer.”

Mannequins across the showroom are wearing fancy dress for varied occasions and products are also displayed as if in a retail environment.

The showroom also boasts the largest balloon wall and counter outside of the US, showcasing Amscan's foil balloon line under the Anagram brand.

Jim Young, marketing manager, Amscan, added: “There are over 100 programs in the showroom, and over 30 licensed party programs, so it’s most certainly worth a visit.

“We are all really excited to open our doors and show people why we are the number one choice.”
