The chairman and founder of Agenta Marketing retired on December 31st 2009.

Les (pictured receiving a Golden Teddy at 2009's Toy Retailer Awards) retains his shares in the company.

Agenta will continue to be led by Steve Vargerson, his family and management team, who remain confident in the company’s continuing growth, even within difficult market conditions.

Steve Vargerson, managing director said: "Everyone at Agenta wishes Les a long and happy retirement."
