The firm has set up a joint venture with TC Digital Games and Dracco.

The newly formed company, TC Digital International, will have responsibility for sales and distribution, supply chain, marketing and communications and organised play in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the popular trading card game.

TC Digital Games will continue to manufacture the TCG and manage the ChaoticGame.com Website from its US base in San Diego, California.

Chaotic is being rolled out across EMEA after firmly establishing itself in North America, where it has made a strong debut at retail. During 2008, Chaotic was the no. 1 selling TCG in Canada and was among the top five selling TCGs sold at mass retailers in the US.

“The new venture will allow for the more effective management of the Chaotic Trading Card Game across EMEA and enable the game to be driven forward in key European markets,” said 4Kids MD Sandra Vauthier-Cellier.
