As part of their annual fundraising challenge, Martin, Dean and Richard at Roy Lowe & Sons, a sock licensee, have managed to secure the prize for auction tonight.
The execs embarked on The Light Fund Big Trade Up Challenge in May, and since then, have 'traded up' a single light bulb for the final prize in seven deals.
Other items along the way have included a toaster from The Licensing Company, an oversized set of false teeth, a mannequin, a coffin, a rare ram's skull from TCNE, a football signed by Sir Stanley Matthews from TDP Textiles, a rally car experience and on-car sponsorship from Century Books and finally, the sponsorship deal from Turner.
"This is an amazing opportunity for a licensee or brand owner to get their hands on some prime time TV spots, perhaps at a bargain price but definitely while helping an amazing cause," The Sock Monkeys explained.
"It's time to blow the dust off those company credit cards and the cobwebs from your wallets and get ready to bid for this once in a lifetime advertising opportunity.
"A massive thank you to Graham Saltmarsh and the team over at Turner CN Enterprises and all the traders for supporting our latest challenge. Let's make it one to remember."
