New firm launches to add 3D-printed heads to LEGO Minifigures

Funky 3D Faces allows consumers to give themselves a LEGO makeover.
Publish date:

A new firm called Funky 3D Faces has launched to allow LEGO fans to add their own faces to LEGO Minifigures.

Using 3D-printing technology, Funky 3D Faces allows consumers to print off an accurate recreation of their own head that then fits onto LEGO Minifigures.

Buyers can choose a size, from Mini (£29.99) to a 42mm head (£49.99), before selecting a Mini Hero body from super hero options spanning the likes of Iron Man, The Hulk and Batman. Consumers then choose a hair style and colour, before uploading a photo of themselves to be 3D printed.
