LEGO is planning to open a new headquarters in Denmark, which will be designed by architect C.F. Møller.

The new 52,000 sq metre site will boast work and play areas for employees, and will be stationed a few streets away from the upcoming LEGO visitor centre.

It will also feature open-plan workspaces, a public park, community facilities and grief roofs.

Taking influence from LEGO’s iconic bricks, the HQ will also feature a People House and an atrium featuring bold colours and geometric shapes.

“We want a distinct office building that clearly conveys the LEGO values, and which truly expresses the creative, innovative culture of our company,” said Claus Flyger Pejstrup, SVP at the LEGO Group.

“I am very excited that we can now present our vision for this new building, both to our employees and to the community."
