LEGO has revealed a first look at its new sets for the start of 2015, including new Minifigures, LEGO Elves, LEGO Avengers: Age of Ultron and more.

The Danish construction toy firm has released the German version of its January-June 2015 catalogue, featuring new lines across Duplo, LEGO Classic, LEGO Creator, LEGO City, LEGO Friends and more.

While you may need your German dictionary on hand to translate the catalogue, the images transcend the language barrier nicely.

LEGO Minifigures Series 13 will feature a new range spanning the ‘out there’ to the ‘bloody bizarre’ with new characters including a space alien, a gun toting marshall from the future, a Leo Sayer look-a-like and a figure dressed as a hot dog.

Elsewhere, the catalogue highlights new builds in The LEGO Movie collection, new Star Wars sets and new additions to LEGO Chima, all launching in January next year.

Meanwhile, March will see the release of a brand new line for 2015 in the form of LEGO Elves.

Elsewhere, six new LEGO Marvel Avengers: Age of Ultron sets will be released in April, joining five new sets in the DC Super Heroes line-up.

Completing the first half line-up, May will see the launch of the LEGO City – City Starter Set while three new sets will join the popular Legends of Chima line up.
