LEGO Duplo has partnered with the Creation Station to run a roster of Children’s Creative Sessions across the UK.

Running for one week from October 5th, the educational sessions are designed to inspire the imaginations of kids aged 18 months to five years old, with classes tailored to suit the ages and stages of each child.

The sessions have been developed to help youngsters explore the textures of LEGO Duplo through building and creative play.

Pre-schoolers in the Creative Station sessions will be able to develop a range of skills from problem solving and social skills while exploring a variety of materials and having fun creating with a parent or carer.

Each session will feature themed ideas to take home allowing kids to continue their engagement with the LEGO Duplo brand at home.

As part of the partnership, kids will also have an opportunity to enter a national competition to win a selection of prizes from LEGO Duplo. To enter, kids can upload an image of their LEGO Duplo inspired creation to the Creation Station Facebook page with the #Duplocreation.

Sarah Cressall, founder and managing director of The Creation Station, said: “We are really excited to be working with such a fantastic company.

“I remember playing with LEGO myself as a child and all of my sons have had hours of enjoyment and inspiration from the fantastic LEGO and Duplo products.

“It is great to be able to run a LEGO Duplo inspired creative sessions in over 500 venues across the UK and Ireland.”
