Maybe it was the alcohol or just the excitement of a great Toy Fair, but a team of eight volunteers from Spin Master will be jumping from a plane in aid of charity on June 7th.
After two successful years raising money from the Big Kids Bike Ride, the firm has decided to try something a little different to bring in the cash.
The team will launch themselves into the blue yonder in a quest to raise over £5,000 for the Toy Trust and needs the industry's help to reach their target.
Kevin Jones, MD joked: “Revenge is Sweet - If only my Action Man could see me now. At the age of seven, my favourite game was hurling my Eagle Eyes Action Man out of the bedroom window and waiting for the parachute to open, sometimes it did and sometimes he was brave and fearless, he never winced at the challenge and never bruised, however, I always suspected that he would like to do the same to me – intuition.
“On June 7th it will be my turn to be hurled out of the plane at 12,000 feet, a bit higher than my bedroom window. This is Eagle Eyes' revenge and definitely a step outside of my comfort zone.
“Please support this crazy team of volunteers who will be queuing up to push me out the door and raise as much cash as we can for the Toy Trust.”
