BTHA advises members to ready safety certification

Suppliers told to ensure they hold relevant testing information about their products in an accessible form.

Following media reports of safety allegations about the Go Go Hamsters, the British Toy and Hobby Association has contacted its members, warning them of possible ramifications.

The association said: "It is possible that today's story will be followed up by the media who may choose to independently test other toys against relevant European EN71 standards and indeed other standards worldwide."
