TOYMASTER PREVIEW: Smart Toys and Games

The worldwide leader in multi-level logic games, Smart Toys and Games has a host of exciting new products to unveil at the Toymaster Show.

Spring 2022 sees the arrival of three new editions in the brand’s bestselling IQ Games collection: IQ Love, IQ Stixx and IQ Six Pro. Each game is unique, with an innovative game mechanic; they offer varying levels of difficulty, meaning that these educational games are perfect for both adults and children as young as six. The award-winning IQ games are easy to pick up, but hard to put down.

Another game that the team is jumping with excitement about showcasing at the show is Horse Academy. This charming game will see kids aged 7-plus galloping off to the gymkhana, as they create a path to canter over the jumps from start to finish – but players must make sure their horse is leaping in the right sequence! Follow the course to solve the game and work through the 80 challenges, from easy to expert.

Next up, it’s time to battle with some bears in Grizzly Gears. Players must rotate the trees to help guide the characters through the forest… but they need to beware of the bear! This original puzzle game will keep players on their toes thanks to a literal twist; quite simply, no one is out of the woods until all 80 challenges have been solved.

The Toymaster Show will also see a new magnetising robot in town – SmartMax Roboflex. Children aged three and above can get creative and make their own flexible, crazy robots with unique magnetic parts that bend and extend, and which work seamlessly with the core SmartMax range. Both sets include an inspirational poster, but the options are endless as little ones can create robots that fly, jump, grab, wobble, or drive, while developing fine motor skills and imagination.

The team will also be exhibiting its Go Genius collection, an award-winning range of subject-themed educational board games. Players travel around the board answering multiple-choice questions with three different levels of difficulty. Any player who scores more than 15 points is officially a genius! Best of all, this award-winning collection uses sustainable materials and is 100% recyclable.

Smart Toys and Games will be at the Toymaster May Show, 17-19 May, the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate. Contact: uk@smart.be; 01903 885669
