Trends UK launches Numberblocks Number Fun

Trends UK has announced that its much-anticipated Numberblocks Number Fun is now available at retail. Packed with interactive activities to develop numeracy, the electronic learning toy is based on the award-winning learning programme, Numberblocks.

Numberblocks Number Fun helps kids to develop key numerical skills while having lots of fun with their favourite award-winning Numberblocks characters. Children can play with the 10 different interactive Numberblocks to complete eight fun activities. Key maths skills can be mastered with every adventure, including addition and subtraction, comparing numbers, sequencing, colour recognition and fine motor development.

BAFTA award-winning Numberblocks teaches children how numbers work with fun characters and engaging narratives outlining basic maths skills including adding, subtracting, and number recognition. While the brand originated in the UK, it has taken the world by storm. With 120 episodes available and over 4 million subscribers on YouTube, the channel generates nearly 245 million views per month, and the education-rich content is viewed by millions of children across 52 countries and growing.

Trends UK will be following up on the successful Numberblocks launch with the introduction of Alphablocks Phonic Fun for summer 2022. Marketing, social media and PR campaigns will support the brands from launch to Christmas.

“We are very excited to launch the new Numberblocks and Alphablocks electronic learning toys,” says Lindsay Hardy, Marketing Director, Trends UK. “Numberblocks and Alphablocks are incredibly popular in schools and at home, with huge followings on social media. With our new ELAs fans will now be able to enjoy interactive learning experiences at home.”

Joe Elliot, Director of Alphablocks and creator of the Numberblocks and Alphablocks brands, says: “Numberblocks is going from strength to strength, helping millions of young children worldwide fall in love with numbers. A big part of our multisensory learning mission is letting kids get hands-on and interact with the Numberblocks — and Trends have knocked it out of the park with this smartly designed ELA that puts the number fun right in the hands of children. It’s packed with engaging ways to explore numbers and build key skills and is a perfect example of how kids can get excited about learning and learn through play.”
