Help Bigjigs Toys help Ukraine

Bigjigs Toys are deeply saddened by the invasion of Ukraine and are welcoming donations to help the crisis.

The company is seeking volunteers to donate, sort and pack supplies at its Folkestone warehouse, which will then be loaded onto a 40ft lorry and taken to the Polish border to enter Ukraine.

The warehouse will be open this Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm, for donations.

As well as supporting the logistical operation to get donations to where they are most needed, Bigjigs will also be donating the total value of all orders placed on their consumer website (www.bigjigstoys.co.uk) tomorrow only (8 March 2022) to fund further lorry deliveries into Eastern Europe.

Bigjigs Toys’ donation, equal to the sales on their consumer website tomorrow, will help fund the huge logistics effort that is being made to ship food and medicine from the UK to Ukraine.

If you are local to Bigjigs Toys and wish to volunteer, you can get in touch via their Whatsapp group. If you’re not local, you can still send your donations to their warehouse but please clearly mark boxes as “Ukraine Aid Donation” so that Bigjigs can efficiently deal with them as they arrive.

What can I donate?

  • Nappies
  • Baby wipes
  • Sanitary products
  • Baby food
  • Food and drink (long-lasting)
  • Warm socks and hats
  • Other clothing
  • Medicine
  • Toiletries
  • Blankets/bedding

You can also make a monetary donation to fund the cost of the lorries driving to Eastern Europe here.

So far, Bigjigs Toys have received the support of Norman Global Logistics, Bookers, Chambers, West Designs and Wood Finishes Direct.

Please drop off or send your donations to:
