Eolo Toys is continuing its mission to expand into new categories with the launch of Glowies, glow-in-the-dark firefly plush designed to soothe young children to sleep.
Glowies play lullabies and relaxing sounds, which can be set to a timer, and feature a night light to give toddlers an added sense of security at bedtime.
The latest evolution from Eolo Toys comes following research conducted in collaboration with well-known toy design agency ToyZone into what parents are looking for in new products, which provided the company with fascinating and invaluable insights.
Glowies has met with an enthusiastic response from the industry and distribution in territories such as the UK & Ireland, USA, Eastern Europe, the Nordics, Germany and Benelux is already confirmed. The range will be distributed in the UK by Character Options.
With numerous touchpoints in the marketing strategy, including influencers, Glowies will have 360 coverage with an extensive digital marketing plan. Laura Atorrasagasti, Eolo’s Marketing Manager says: “We believe our Glowies brand is quite unique due to the combination of features, product and packaging design. We feel that Glowies will be the sleeping companion of more toddlers than we can imagine!”
