Role and Responsibilities

  • In alignment with the Jumbodiset marketing strategy develop and implement omnichannel marketing plans for the core brands in the UK.
  • Be responsible for the consumer and trade marketing budget.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPI’s.
  • Responsibility for content creation together with the Jumbodiset marketing teams, the Galt creative departments and external agencies.
  • Developing and implementing store promotions in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Provide marketing support for company events including trade fairs. Some international travel will be required.
  • Key Contacts will include Product Development, E-commerce, Sales and the Jumbodiset marketing team.

The Candidate.

  • Proven track record in a strategic brand or marketing role. Ideally from a FMCG background (toys/games desirable)
  • Proven experience creating brand engagement through PR, email, social media, brand content and other communication channels.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and the ability to analyse campaigns using various data sources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. In particular the ability to work across departments and across different countries to achieve results
  • Able to manage and motivate a small team.
