Amaroni adds 100% sustainable toy brand FabBrix to its roster

British toy distributor Amaroni has added to its expanding portfolio of eco-friendly toys by partnering with wooden construction toy company FabBrix, a brand already established in 15 countries.

The environmentally friendly wooden building bricks developed by FabBrix are completely compatible with leading brand plastic bricks and yet are 100% FSC certified. Each FabBrix brick is created from wood that is responsibly sourced from sustainable, protected forests. To reduce its ecological footprint further, FabBrix has gone to great lengths to ensure the cardboard packaging for the toy bricks also comes from FSC-certified forests.

The product range offers themed collections with multiple construction options plus a select range of products endorsed by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), which feature and showcase endangered animals from around the world.

By working with sustainable wood, rather than petrochemical-based plastics, FabBrix has been able to innovate in other ways too, such as its creation of unique patented double-sided bricks.
