Football fans can now recreate FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou stadium in LEGO

The LEGO Group has partnered with FC Barcelona to bring its famed Camp Nou stadium to the LEGO brick universe with the launch of a detailed tribute to the grounds and home turf for the Spanish football team.

The LEGO Camp Nou – FC Barcelona set allows football and LEGO fans alike to recreate the iconic stadium in all of its glory, building a 5,509 piece model featuring the full pitch, stands, players tunnel, and the team coach. The scoreboard references the club’s historic 5-0 win, and the Més que un Club motto.

Jordi Balsells, director of Barça Licensing and Merchandising, said: “The Camp Nou is one of the symbols of FC Barcelona. We are therefore very proud to get the opportunity to jointly create this reproduction of the stadium with the LEGO Group that fans will be able to build from bottom to top and which represents the home of all Culers.”

A faithful recreation of the Camp Nou stadium, its surrounding stands can be split into four sections allowing for an expanded view and appreciation of the set’s details. Additional features include the stadium’s VIP entrance and numerous stickers and flags to decorate the stadium in all its glory.

Rok Zgalin Kobe, LEGO Set Designer, said: “To create Camp Nou in LEGO brick form was a really enjoyable challenge, from bringing the stands to life to envisaging the players walking down the tunnel to the pitch, you can almost feel the atmosphere of a roaring home game.”

The LEGO® Camp Nou – FC Barcelona set is available to buy from 1st September 2021 via LEGO Stores and www.LEGO.com/fc-barcelona, at the recommended retail price at: $349.99 / £299.99 / €329.99.
