Guy Rooney tapped for newly created Zapf Creation sales director role

The former Character Group executive and retail industry stalwart, Guy Rooney has been appointed to the newly created role of Zapf Creation sales director, where he will oversee the portfolio’s of Zapf’s award-winning brands, including Baby Annabell, Baby Born, and Baby Born Surprise.

Reporting to UK managing director of MGA UK and Ireland, Neil Bandtock, Rooney will bring with him a wealth of experience garnered from four years with Character Group, as well as senior roles with IMC Toys, and retail management positions with Argos and Homebase.

Rooney takes up the new role this September.
