The baby and children’s products business, Hauck UK is boosting its sales outreach across the UK and Ireland with the appointment of two new sales managers from the toy and nursery industry.
Helen Robinson and Lee-Anne Neale join the team as it aims to expand direct relationships between retail and the brand, setting out ‘ambitious targets for international growth,’ and building on its strong position in the German market.
As well as building out its current international team, expansion and growth plans include investments in rebranding, brand extensions, and expanding the digital edge of the company.
Robinson joins the team as head of sales UK and Ireland, while Neale takes up the role of senior national account manager UK and Ireland. Robinson will tap into her 16 years’ experience in sales in the nursery industry, having worked for brands including Mamas & Papas, CYBEX/Goodbaby International, and Diono. She brings a vast experience of working with UK retailers, worldwide retailers, distributors, and the UK’s independent sector.
Meanwhile, Neale has over 20 years’ experience of buinsess development and management in the gift, toy, consumer goods, and outdoor categories. She has worked for the brands Posh Paws, WOrlds Apart, KD Group, and others.

Hauck is currently the best-known brand in Germany for pushchairs, high chairs, travel cots and safety gates. It is currently working on a realignment of its brand and a radically customer-oriented website thanks to artificial intelligence. The company wants to further expand its strategic partnerships with European multi-channel retail partners, making the most of its experience as a digital pioneer.
This includes jointly evaluating data and setting up customer-specific marketing plans. An automated workflow for product data makes cooperation particularly efficient.
