Yoto launches two new albums from Monkey Music to encourage language and motor skills development

The children’s audio platform, Yoto has launched two albums from the award-winning Monkey Music classis, Sing and Learn and Copy Me, produced to encourage babies and toddlers to develop their language and motor skills through singing, clapping, and dancing.

The two new Yoto Cards are now available globally excluding in the USA and Canada.

Sing and Learn encourages parents to sing along with their child as they show off their animal noises, learn about the days of the week, and more, while Copy Me encourages the development of early language, fine motor skills and self-confidence.

Research has shown that music can be a powerful developmental tool for children. Both Yoto and Monkey Music recognise that music is a formative driver throughout early years for teaching language, and as children grow, it becomes a vital way to create and nurture social bonds.

The two albums from Monkey Music join Yoto’s fast-growing collection of music titles which has been carefully curated to spark imagination and creativity in children.

Dom Hodge, head of music, Yoto said:We’re delighted to welcome Monkey Music into the Yoto family with these two beloved children’s’ albums.

“Monkey Music has been at the forefront of children’s’ music and learning for almost thirty years. With these new Yoto Cards, our customers can bring a bit of that award-winning Monkey Music experience home with them.”

Angie Coates, founder and CEO of Monkey Music, added:We’re really excited to launch our two Monkey Music albums with Yoto and to offer many more families the opportunity to enjoy and interact with our award-winning music in their own homes.

“Music is an essential and important part of a child’s life and it can help develop and nurture children’s social, language and physical skills. By joining forces with Yoto, we can give children easy access to music through an innovative screen-free device, whilst encouraging their love of learning and discovery.”

Yoto Player is available to buy from www.yotoplay.com with an RRP starting from £79.99. The two new Yoto Cards will be available globally (excluding USA and Canada) on the 17th June.
