The Insights Family welcomes more new hires and launches new graduate programme

The Insights Family has welcomed a round of new starters to its rapidly growing business and heralded the beginning of a new venture with the launch of its TIF Academy this year.

Among the firm’s recent slate of new hires is Haroon Iqbal who joins the company as a data analyst, Esther Hayward taking on the role of commercial executive, Yi Wei who joins as a management accountant, and Awliya Rahimah Hendaryanti, who joins as a research executive covering APAC.

The company is also looking forward to welcoming Disha Rajpal who will be joining as a data scientist at the beginning of July, and Costanza Barrai who will take up the role of commercial executive in August.

The Insights Family currently has 56 full-time employees. Located in Manchester’s city centre, it has employees representing 14 different nationalities. Among them are industry professionals from France, Canada, Spain, Ukraine, and Russia. A total of 17 employees are graduates from Greater Manchester Universities.

Jonathan Watson, chief product officer at The Insights Family, said: “We have started 2021 with such momentum, by launching Portal 4.0 and revamping our On-Track Reports. The whole team is therefore delighted to be welcoming such incredible talent to our business – who share our purpose of providing children, parents and families with a voice to shape their world.

As well as the latest slate of new hire, The Insights Family has launched a new graduate programme called TIF Academy. The programme will include 12 months’ work across the business with individuals given the opportunity to be fast-tracked into specific areas according to their interests and talents.

The TIF Academy will be looking to recruit four graduates each year.
