Spielwarenmesse is launching a new platform to host talks spanning some of the biggest topics to be affecting the international toy industry, from retail to sustainability.
Called the ToyAcademy, the platform will welcome experts from across the global industry to share their insight and stance on important factors affecting the toy space today. The platform will host year-round talks and discussions.
Launching on June 17, the ToyAcademy will kick off with a presentation titled ‘Evolving retailing landscape – Challenges for traditional toy stores with the rise of e-commerce.’ The talk will be hosted by Iselie Iglesias, a leading analyst with Euromonitor International, and will shed light on the current situation facing the toy trade while taking a look at the challenges ahead in the wake of the pandemic.
